Legal agreement governing your use of pao4d gaming services

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member", "you") and pao4d ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pao4d online gaming platform located at https://pao4d.cam and all associated services.

Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately terminated, all funds forfeited, and may face legal consequences.
You must be a legal resident of Indonesia. Our services are designed specifically for the Indonesian market and may not be available to residents of other countries. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of pao4d services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.
Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account with pao4d. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all duplicate Accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from our Platform.
You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, gambling exclusion database, or have previously been banned from pao4d or any affiliated gaming platform for violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or problem gambling concerns.
Note: pao4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension until verification is completed.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach, you must immediately notify pao4d customer support via live chat, WhatsApp, or email. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (if available) and using a strong, unique password for your Account.
Before processing your first withdrawal, pao4d requires completion of KYC verification. You must submit a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National ID Card (KTP) showing your photo, full name, ID number, date of birth, and address. Additionally, you may be required to submit a selfie photograph holding your KTP. Verification typically takes 1-24 hours during business days.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action. Your registered information must exactly match the information on your KTP and banking documents.
pao4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet deposits.
Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are typically processed instantly. In rare cases, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your Account. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction receipt.
All deposits must be made from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or any other person) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate refund of the deposit, potential Account suspension, and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered in your own name matching your verified KYC information. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rp 100,000,000 per Account. Withdrawals are processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 WIB). Weekend and holiday withdrawals may take 1-3 hours.
Before requesting a withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification. Additionally, you must have wagered your deposit amount at least one (1) time to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. If you have claimed a bonus, you must meet all applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus funds or associated winnings.
pao4d does not charge fees for withdrawals to major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri). However, your bank may impose receiving fees or interbank transfer charges which are beyond our control.
pao4d is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to request additional documentation regarding the source of funds for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Accounts engaged in suspicious activity will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Bonuses are offered at pao4d's sole discretion and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria including minimum deposit amounts, game restrictions, and validity periods. Not all Users may qualify for all bonuses.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering: Slots (100%), Live Casino (50%), Sports Betting (100%), Table Games (20%).

Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all funds forfeited.
pao4d reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and remove bonus funds from your Account if we determine that bonus terms have been violated or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
All games offered on pao4d are provided by licensed third-party software providers and are regularly audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness and randomness. Certified Return to Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed for all applicable games.
Each game has specific rules governing gameplay, payouts, and valid outcomes. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing wagers. Game rules can be accessed within each game or by contacting customer support.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure, all affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded. pao4d is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

pao4d reserves the right to void any bet if we determine that: (a) the bet was placed using insider information, (b) the outcome was influenced by match-fixing or corruption, (c) technical errors resulted in incorrect odds, (d) the bet was placed after the event outcome was known, or (e) any other circumstances render the bet invalid.

If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, you may request self-exclusion for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent closure. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through your Account settings. Limits can be decreased immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

Gambling inherently involves financial risk. pao4d is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of your gaming activity. You acknowledge that gaming outcomes are determined by chance and skill, and past results do not guarantee future performance.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered bank account after deducting any applicable bonuses and pending wagers.
pao4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, creation of multiple Accounts, failure to complete KYC verification, or any activity that we deem harmful to our Platform or other Users.
Upon Account termination for cause, pao4d reserves the right to forfeit your Account balance including deposits, winnings, and bonuses. If your Account is closed for reasons not involving misconduct, your remaining balance will be returned after deducting any active bonuses.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming platforms operating internationally with primary service to the Indonesian market, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of pao4d services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
